England international Danny Rose has signed a new five-year contract with Tottenham.

The 26-year-old, who has committed his future to Spurs until 2021, moved to White Hart Lane from Leeds nine years ago and has since made 93 league appearances, scoring seven goals.

The left-back follows in the footsteps of Dele Alli, Erid Dier and Harry Kane in securing their long-term futures to the north London club.

Rose has been out of Mauricio Pochettino's side since August due to a hamstring injury but could return on for Saturday's trip to Middlesbrough.
