West Ham United Women are going to Wembley to play in their first ever Cup Final.

The Hammers booked their place with a sudden death penalty shoot out win over Reading Women FC. Final and extra time saw the score level at 1-1 after second half goals by Reading's Rachel Furness and Alisha Lehmann of West Ham.

Reading are likley to feel unlucky about losing out by a penalty shoot out. They had a penalty miss and two other clear cut chances to finish the tie in 90 mins.

West Ham will play Manchester City Women in the Wembley final after a 1-0 injury time win against Chelsea Women. The win came as a result of a Magdalena Eriksson own goal. The result was heartbreaking for Chelsea as they had hit the woodwork twice from a Fran Kirby diving header and an Erin Cuthbert strike.

The FA Cup Final takes place on Saturday 4th May at 5.30pm.
