FA Women's Championship

Aston Villa Women’s FC ended the year undefeated in the league sitting 3 points clear at the top of the FA Women’s Championship.

Manager Gemma Davies has made the Lady Villains hard to beat, they've developed the habit of coming from behind in games to score winning goals at the death. In Mel Johnson they have the leagues current top gaolscorer.

Barclays FA Women's Super League

The race to be WSL Champions is far from clear; Chelsea, Arsenal and Manchester City are all in with a shout. At year end Arsenal sit at the top of the table 3 points clear of Man City with Chelsea a further point behind.

Chelsea though are brimming with confidence with a game in hand. They are the only undeated side in the league, having taken 3 points from both of the teams that sit above them.

Barclays Premier League

All pundits seem to believe that Liverpool FC have already got their name engraved on the Premier League trophy, it’s difficult to disagree!

The Reds go into 2020 with two games in hand and 10 points clear of their nearest rivals Leicester, who they thumped 0-4 in their Boxing Day fixture.
